上海2021年11月8日 /美通社/ -- 凱悅酒店集團(tuán)宣布,已完成對(duì)Apple Leisure Group(以下簡(jiǎn)稱:ALG)的收購(gòu)。ALG是行業(yè)領(lǐng)先的休閑旅游和度假村品牌管理公司,收購(gòu)前為KKR和KSL Capital Partners, LLC的附屬公司所有。
ALG旗下AMR Collection品牌組合在10個(gè)國(guó)家和地區(qū)經(jīng)營(yíng)著約100家酒店和度假村,此外在美洲和歐洲還有24家酒店和度假村正在籌備中。隨著ALG的加入,凱悅?cè)蚨燃俅宀季謱U(kuò)大一倍。借此,目前凱悅擁有全球規(guī)模最大的全包式奢華度假村品牌組合之一,并將業(yè)務(wù)足跡拓展到阿卡普爾科、庫(kù)拉索島、加那利群島、梅諾卡島和圣馬丁島等全新目的地。此次收購(gòu)將使凱悅的品牌足跡擴(kuò)展到歐洲的11個(gè)新市場(chǎng),從而將集團(tuán)在歐洲的品牌布局?jǐn)U大了60%。這大大加強(qiáng)了凱悅在歐洲這個(gè)休閑旅游關(guān)鍵市場(chǎng)的增長(zhǎng)潛力。
