大家新年好,我很高興在虎年一開始向您匯報(bào)愛點(diǎn)擊的業(yè)務(wù)成果、未來展望及戰(zhàn)略。2021年里,全球新冠疫情反復(fù)無常,中概股在資本市場面臨多重因素帶來的嚴(yán)峻挑戰(zhàn),但令我們感到驕傲的是,公司在巨大的壓力下仍然實(shí)現(xiàn)了業(yè)績的穩(wěn)健增長,持續(xù)向長期目標(biāo)奮勇前進(jìn)。尤其,我們深信“企業(yè)數(shù)字化運(yùn)營解決方案”可以繼續(xù)實(shí)現(xiàn)預(yù)期中的高速增長,從而進(jìn)一步推動(dòng)公司業(yè)務(wù)結(jié)構(gòu)的持續(xù)優(yōu)化。
愛點(diǎn)擊的長期戰(zhàn)略是抓住中國經(jīng)濟(jì)數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型的契機(jī),幫助中國企業(yè)通過數(shù)字化升級(jí)和運(yùn)營來實(shí)現(xiàn)供給側(cè)革新。公司在過去的三年里有效執(zhí)行此戰(zhàn)略,我們不斷加速SaaS產(chǎn)品矩陣的迭代升級(jí),同時(shí)也在實(shí)踐中不斷探索實(shí)用的運(yùn)營經(jīng)驗(yàn),以構(gòu)筑并完善“SaaS+X”商業(yè)模型。我們相信中國企業(yè)和品牌在未來三年里數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型的落地需要打通線上線下的消費(fèi)場景,并在國內(nèi)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)日新月異的新媒體生態(tài)中找到平臺(tái)電商之外的全新增長路徑。愛點(diǎn)擊構(gòu)筑的“SaaS+X”商業(yè)模型將以此為目標(biāo),幫助企業(yè)在高速蛻變的新媒體生態(tài)中有效“種草”、高效“投流”、經(jīng)濟(jì)“TP”,并強(qiáng)健私域體系、夯實(shí)數(shù)據(jù)資產(chǎn)、管理品牌口碑,幫助它們做到“營和銷,都有數(shù)”!我們相信這是一個(gè)萬億級(jí)的龐大市場,而“SaaS+X”則會(huì)是一條可落地的執(zhí)行路徑。我們有信心基于此模式的“企業(yè)數(shù)字化運(yùn)營解決方案”業(yè)務(wù)2021年全年收入繼續(xù)保持三位數(shù)的同比增長。我們也相信2022年乃至接下來的3年里,該業(yè)務(wù)仍然具備持續(xù)高速增長的潛力。
在堅(jiān)決執(zhí)行可持續(xù)的長期戰(zhàn)略的同時(shí),今年我們也會(huì)加速公司兩大業(yè)務(wù)板塊之間的交叉銷售,讓“在線營銷解決方案”業(yè)務(wù)更多聚焦在可與“企業(yè)數(shù)字化運(yùn)營解決方案”業(yè)務(wù)相互協(xié)同的部分,實(shí)現(xiàn)兩大業(yè)務(wù)板塊之間的資源投入的更好平衡,從而保證公司的穩(wěn)健安全并在長期戰(zhàn)略上始終保持足夠的投入。此外,管理團(tuán)隊(duì)也會(huì)密切關(guān)注美國資本市場的變化,并以開放的心態(tài)積極尋找其它各種可能的資本運(yùn)作機(jī)會(huì),目標(biāo)是幫助公司的長期戰(zhàn)略獲取更多的發(fā)展資源,助力“SaaS+X”模式達(dá)到更大的規(guī)模,最終最大化愛點(diǎn)擊的股東價(jià)值。
2021年是我任職愛點(diǎn)擊CEO的第二年,公司在戰(zhàn)略方向、組織建設(shè)和協(xié)同執(zhí)行方面均達(dá)成了高度共識(shí),我們的人才發(fā)展計(jì)劃和企業(yè)文化建設(shè)也初獲成功,通過不斷的產(chǎn)品和業(yè)務(wù)創(chuàng)新為行業(yè)培養(yǎng)了一批優(yōu)秀數(shù)字化人才。感謝公司董事會(huì)和股東會(huì)的信任和任命,我在擔(dān)任CEO一職之外,也出任了公司的董事會(huì)主席,我將一如既往帶領(lǐng)愛點(diǎn)擊團(tuán)隊(duì)在建設(shè)“中國領(lǐng)先的企業(yè)數(shù)字化運(yùn)營和營銷云平臺(tái)”之路上奮勇前進(jìn)!
